Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times We ship to the United States. Estimated delivery times are 7–21 business days depending on the item and your location. Furniture and larger items may take additional time due to their size and handling requirements. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Delays Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, weather, customs). We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed.

Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
